Four practices.

Each can be bought on its own. They are built so that using two costs less than using two vendors.

01 — Measurement

Knowing what actually happened.

Google Ads reports one number of conversions. GA4 reports another. Meta reports a third. Finance reports a fourth — usually the lowest, and usually the correct one. Each platform measures honestly from inside its own walls, and none can see the others.

First-party data warehousing

A warehouse the client owns, holding their own data rather than a copy inside somebody else’s reporting tool. Extracted on a schedule, stored with full history, raw kept alongside modelled so any figure traces back to its row.

DeliverableA warehouse in your cloud account: a dated, deduplicated table per source — Google Ads, GA4, Search Console, Meta Ads — refreshed daily, with the transformation code and a written schema.

Marketing attribution

We model spend against outcomes using your conversion records, not each platform’s self-reported figures. Assumptions are published next to the results: attribution is a model, and one whose limits are undocumented gets over-trusted by exactly the people who should not.

DeliverableA channel-level model joining Google Ads and Meta Ads spend to your CRM or order records, with reconciliation tables showing where it diverges from platform-reported conversions.

Reporting pipelines

Read-only pipelines from Google Ads, GA4, Search Console and Meta Ads into that warehouse. Read-only in every case: we pull reporting data out, we do not create, edit, pause or spend against your ad accounts.

DeliverableScheduled extracts via the Google Ads API, Google Analytics Data API, Search Console API and Meta Marketing API, monitored for failures and schema changes, feeding a small number of dashboards.

02 — Commerce

Stores, and the apps that extend them.

We set up and build Shopify stores: theme development, product and collection structure, checkout configuration, and the stack around it. Tracking is configured as part of the build rather than bolted on later — the usual reason a store’s numbers cannot be trusted in its first year.

We also build applications for the platform, including our own. Shipping to the App Store means living inside Shopify’s review requirements, data-handling rules and API deprecation cycles, which goes straight back into client work.

DeliverableA launched storefront with a documented theme, a product model that survives the catalogue growing, working conversion tracking across Google Ads, GA4 and Meta, and a handover a non-technical team can operate from.

03 — Design

Design that survives engineering.

Flows first, then screens, then the component system that keeps it consistent once we have gone. We design against what is actually being built — the platform, the data available, the team maintaining it — because a design that ignores those gets rebuilt in the first month by whoever has to ship it.

Where the engagement includes measurement, events are specified during design, while somebody is already deciding what each screen is for. Instrumenting afterwards is guesswork about your own intentions.

DeliverableAnnotated end-to-end flows, designed screens at the breakpoints that matter, and a component library with states and tokens defined — in a form your developers can build from without a translation meeting.

04 — Strategy

What to build, and what to stop.

“Digital transformation” means nothing on its own, so here is what it means here. A business accumulates systems over years, mostly by adding rather than replacing. We map what is in place, find where work is being done twice, and write a sequence for fixing it that a real team can execute alongside their existing job.

Consultancy is the same thing smaller: one decision, a second opinion, a stack to choose between, a build somebody wants reviewed before committing. We are willing to be hired to say a project should not go ahead.

DeliverableA written current-state assessment, a prioritised roadmap with sequencing, owners and rough effort, and the definitions everything downstream inherits.

Working together

What we need from you.

Access to the systems in scope, someone who can answer definition questions, and somewhere to build — your Shopify org, your cloud account, your warehouse. Credentials stay yours. Access is granted through each platform’s own permissions and can be revoked at any time without breaking anything you own.
